Pass through wall
Get beside one of the blue walls that say "Subject cannot access memory at this time". Fight a guard in front of the wall and combo kill him. When he dies you will appear in the forbidden side of the wall. You can take a quick peek, but after a few seconds you will be teleported to your last checkpoint (as if you died).
Guard inside Assassin's Bureau
When fighting a guard and near the Assassin's Bureau the message "The Assassin's Bureau is close" will appear while you are fighting. Make the guard follow until both of you are standing on the bureau's closed entrance. Kill him and make sure he is standing on it. The guard will fall down inside the bureau and will be visible. However, he will be dead. If you are lucky when killing the guard, he will fall on the fountain and will be hanging in a random strange position while water is pouring on him.
Disappearing graphics
After completing the story and obtaining the Eagle Vision, have Desmond look at any hidden message in the lab. Tap X, A, Y, or B, then quickly tap Y to turn the Eagle Vision back on. Nothing appears to be there. By exiting and going back to the Eagle Vision, everything should be there again.
